Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Defective

If you believe your item is damaged, please contact us immediately and send:

  • Your order ID
  • Description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the product showing the extent of damage on all sides.
  • Clear photo showing the outer packaging (including shipping label).

Steps to request a refund

  1. By email:[email protected], Get in touch with us with your item and order details. We will email a prepaid shipping label or an update to your request within 48 hours.
  2. Once you receive the email, print the prepaid shipping label and place the product in the order box. Attach the shipping label and send it out.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund as long as the item is intact and in its original condition. The refund amount will be credited to your card as a credit. You will receive a refund confirmation email from us.
  4. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 days to arrive. If you feel that the wait is too long, please call our customer service team and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
