Why was my order canceled?
We are sorry, but your order has been canceled. If any of the items you ordered were out of stock at the time of packing, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to your payment method. Once we have confirmed the cancellation and initiated the refund process, we expect you to receive your refund within 5 working days. This time period may vary depending on the payment method.
Do I have to pay customs duty on my order?
This depends on the customs policy of the destination country. If the order is subject to customs duty, you must pay the duty
What payment methods do you accept?
You may pay with a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit card. You must provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card and an address that exactly matches the address shown on the card statement. We also accept PayPal payments!
Can I change the address on my order?
As we process orders very quickly, if you need to change your address details please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped and the address details cannot be changed, we can help you.
How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3-7 days for orders from the EU or USA and 7-10 days for other regions.

My package arrived damaged. Can I request a return?
Yes of course. While we ask that items be returned in perfect condition (including packaging), we realize that packages can be damaged in transit. It’s helpful to take photos of damaged packages as soon as you receive them so we can work with the carrier to improve our service. Please be assured that this will not affect your right to change your mind and return the item for a refund!
